This basic Hand to Hand Self Defense course will teach you the basics of how survive a physical assault. Starting with a good stance for balance and breath control for power. Building from the ground up, you will learn efficient techniques that are layered throughout this course. Learning when, where, and how to throw punches, elbows, knees, and kicks. This style of self-defense focuses on surviving the assault. Techniques are layered throughout this course, and you will learn that the only rule is that there are no rules. Blocks and various fighting combinations through repetitive scenarios that change but your mentality and fundamentals do not. Upon completion of this course, you will have the confidence that you’ve always had but didn’t know existed. “Be for Peace if Peace is Possible, but Fight like you Train & Train for that 1%”
